Reservations at Tucker Harrison Inn (Tucker House Inn & Harrison House Suites) require a valid credit card at time of booking. A deposit equal to the first night's stay is charged at booking. Full payment is due upon check-in. Reservations are confirmed via email confirmation. By completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night's deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Holiday and peak-season reservations may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at time of booking.

Standard check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Guests arriving outside of standard hours must notify the inn in advance. A key lockbox is available for after-hours arrivals.

Pets are welcome in designated cottages and suites only. A non-refundable pet fee of $35 per night applies. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and may not be left unattended in rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Please notify us of your pet at time of booking.

Tucker Harrison Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, suites, cottages, and common areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes/vaping devices.

Guests are responsible for any damage to inn property during their stay. Tucker Harrison Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. The inn reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages discovered after check-out. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

A complimentary gourmet multi-course breakfast is included with all reservations and delivered to your room each morning. Breakfast is typically delivered between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies should notify the inn at least 48 hours in advance. Breakfast service is not available for check-out days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising from your stay shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan County, Washington. Tucker Harrison Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and at the inn.

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when making reservations, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, and any special requests.
